Embarking on a journey of self-discovery and healing through therapy is a courageous step

towards a better life. As a psychotherapist, supervisor, and speaker, with over 30 years of experience,

I understand the challenges and hesitations you may face when considering therapy. My practice is

dedicated to creating a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental environment where you can feel

comfortable sharing your struggles and working towards transformative change.

While my expertise is working with eating disorders, trauma and related issues, my specialties also include addiction, anxiety,

OCD, ADHD, sex and couples therapy. My approach is tailored to each individual's unique needs, utilizing psychodynamic psychotherapy along with evidence-based treatments, such as CBT, DBT, ERP, IFS and narrative therapy.

I am also trained in EMDR, Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) and ketamine/psychedelic integration for those seeking cutting-edge approaches

to mental health. My practice offers a variety of services to meet your needs:

  • In-depth therapy program

  • Individual therapy sessions

  • Group therapy

  • Couples and family therapy

  • Specialized treatments for eating disorders, and trauma

I believe in a holistic approach to mental health, collaborating with a team of licensed professionals to ensure comprehensive care. This includes

consulting medical doctors, nutritionists, health and wellness practitioners. Don't let fear or uncertainty hold you back from taking the first step towards

positive change. Seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness. By reaching out, you're opening the door to a world of possibilities for personal

growth and healing.

If you're ready to start your journey towards a happier, healthier life, I invite you to contact me for a consultation. Together, we can work towards

achieving your goals and unlocking your full potential. Remember, you don't have to face life's challenges alone – I'm here to support you every step of

the way.
